What a fantastic dining experience! From the food, to the people to the atmosphere to the delicious special mustard, I was thoroughly impressed, and absolutely satisfied with my dining experience.

I ordered the Liberty Burger, (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard or mayonnaise) and I added avocado. Mmmm, mmmm….it was delicious! The burgers are made the way you want it – pink or no pink – My delicious burger was cooked medium, pink in the middle. And the mustard, oh my, the mustard…it was incredible. I almost took a straw to it, but it had been a long day and I didn’t want to deal with the stares from other patrons. Instead I dipped my perfectly seasoned sweet potato fries in the yellow goodness.

I would recommend you take family, friends, and visitors alike to dine with you at Liberty Burger. I can see why they were awarded Dallas’ Best Burger 2012-2013 and why their tagline is, “Give me Liberty or let me starve”. I’ll take Liberty any day.
