You know that feeling when you take a bite of something so incredibly delicious that it makes you question all the other food you have eaten in you life… this dish at Benedict’s in Addison, Texas will cause such a situation.

FILET MIGNON SLIDERS:
Three USDA Choice tenderloin sliders with caramelized onions, creamy horseradish sauce, arugula, and mayo.

The meat was cooked perfectly, and the bread tasted like it was right out of a bakery in Paris. The horseradish sauce added the perfect kick to the sandwich and I could go on for days about the caramelized onions. This was the PERFECT sandwich and I left the restaurant on a total food high. The sliders also came with a bowl of French Onion Soup…one of my favorites, and it was a perfect compliment to the sliders.

Their other food looked delicious too! I can’t wait to go back and try more from their great menu, although it will be hard to order anything other than the Filet Mignon Sliders 🙂
