What an unbelievable burger experience!! Everyone must try Hopdoddy in Dallas! The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is superb! When you arrive, there is usually a line (great sign of great food!) and you must stand in this line that takes you right to the kitchen. That is when you place your order and the hostess will send you to a table with a number. At that point the magic is happening behind the scenes and an amazing burger, fries and a shake will appear. You will be in an utter state of bliss during your first bite, that is a “Seize the meal” guarantee.

I ordered the Llano Poblano Burger – angus beef patty, pepper jack cheese, roasted Pablano Chilies, Apple-Smoked Bacon, and Chipolte Mayo on a bun that was made from scratch and backed twice daily. I also splurged and ordered Truffle Fries and a Red Velvet milkshake…which had an slice of red velvet cake mixed right in. The entire experience was an explosion of pure happiness in my mouth.

I cannot wait to go back an enjoy another great burger! There are so many great choices to choose from, including; bison, lamb, Turkey, Tuna, Black bean-corn, and Texas Akasushi Beef. Next time I’ll have to try the Nutella & Chocolate Pretzel or the Raspberry White Chocolate milkshake as well! Oh, and the beer selection in very impressive!! The food is a little pricy, but totally worth it! Great place for a date, wink wink boys.
