After a three week adventure through the Panama Canal I have found my way back to Dallas! To most people, especially foodies, being on a cruise means one thing…great meals. Oh boy, did I get spoiled! Below is just a glimpse of the glorious food I enjoyed while cruising through the Caribbean Sea.
Beef wellington, grilled mai mai with mango salsa, apple glazed pork chops, mushroom & garlic ravioli, swordfish with roasted vegetables, escargot with lemon garlic, and the list goes on. Executive Chef Danilo Cui Yatco of the MV Explorer really outdid himself on this trip.
