I’ve never felt so much joy before, during and especially after a meal as I did when I went for lunch at Fedora. The atmosphere of Fedora makes you feel like you’ve left the decade and are in for a treat.
My meal started with Bruschetta, one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The toasted bread slices had just the right crunch and the balsamic glaze really balanced the other spices. Next was a cup of white bean soup – Slow simmered cannellini beans, thinly sliced pancetta (Italian bacon), vegetables & fresh basil topping. I’ve never had it before, but I would definitely recommend it!
The main course was salmon on a bed of fresh homemade pasta, with tomatoes and capers, with a cream sauce. It was unbelievable! The waiter recommended a glass of Melbac Rosé, which made the flavors of the salmon just explode in your mouth, like mini fireworks. It was unbelievable!
If you leave Fedora without eating the Crème Brulee you have not only done yourself an injustice, but you may of just committed a crime. It tied for first, in my book, with the Crème Brulee I had in Paris, France. If you are looking for great Italian food, Fedora is a must!
