This dish is not for the feeble.  Fried Chicken, Buffalo Sauce, Pickled Celery, Ranch & Blue Cheese Crumbles on a biscuit…please wipe the drool from your chin. Just looking at this glorious sandwich will make your three pounds heavier. The chicken is hot and crispy, the biscuit is fluffy in all the right places and the buffalo sauce is one of the best I’ve ever tried. I accompanied it this sandwich with sweet & salty fried. They hit the spot!

The atmosphere is amazing, although it is in an odd location, south of downtown Dallas. There is a stage made out of wooden pallets that is occupied by great musicians on the weekend. I would recommend this place to locals and travelers alike, espcially if you want to impress someone. Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Everyone needs to try this place.
