Baja Fish Taco’s – Enough Said.

When I sit down at a restaurant and open the menu, the first thing I think of is, “Am I going to find the best ______ in the world?” That is a lot of pressure, but I am on the hunt for the best meals in the world. I don’t have a degree in food, and I don’t know how to cook anything fancy, but my tastebuds work very well and are a direct link to my happy place.

When I walked into the Iron Cactus downtown Dallas my expectations were high. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos. Oh. My. Goodness. The waitress’ recommendations didn’t give the dish justice. The fish was fresh, and hot out of the fryer, the cole slaw was ice cold and creamy, and the Baja sauce was like spicy rain drops from heaven. Perfection.

I would also highly recommend the Chicken Poppers and the guacamole as an appetizer. The poppers are mind blowing and the quac is made at the table, to your liking and couldn’t be any fresher.
